  • Normal shipping. We ship ground to any destination within continental US. You can expect delivery in 7 to 14 days. If, for some reason, the merchandise you ordered is not available for normal shipping, we will advise you in regard to the particulars.
  • For expedited shipping or special requests: Contact us by phone or email for additional charges.

  • We specialize in quality western clothing and accessories for men, women, and children. We also carry a varied assortment of western lifestyle accessories for the home.
  • We do not sell feed, tack, fertilizer, or garden supplies. For over 30 years, our only business has been clothing and accessories for the Western lifestyle.
  • We offer old fashioned service to our customers at a price that is fair, recognizing that the lowest price paid is often not the best bargain.
  • We subscribe to and try to live up to the Code of West as published in Cowboy Ethics by James P. Owen.  
  • For Refund. Return unworn and undamaged merchandise in the original box and packaging method within 10 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Upon our receipt and verification of condition, we will refund the purchase price including applicable taxes, if any. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • For Exchange. Return unworn and undamaged merchandise in the original box and packaging method within 10 days of receipt with proof of purchase for exchange for another size or style, or for merchandise credit good for 1 year. No credit given for shipping and handling.
  • Defective or damaged merchandise. Contact us by phone or email for Approval and Authorization Code first. In our sole discretion, we will repair, replace, refund, or issue merchandise credit after inspection.
